Max is a seasoned transactional and real estate attorney who has also handled a variety of litigated matters in his career. He is Of Counsel to Herlihy LLP and provides legal support on issues related to real property purchases or sales, title issues, liens and judgments, and other issues arising out of contract formation and/or disputes.

               

Additionally, Max has spent significant time in the agency space, servicing clients in negotiating and securing talent-related contracts and agreements for performers. He has been working in this sector for many years now and is highly knowledgeable with respect to the nuances of the industry.

               

Further, Max has handled and overseen a large number of litigated matters, including premises related matters and automotive matters. His knowledge of the tech-industry has served him in the defense and prosecution of these matters, including his ability to conduct in-depth background investigations of opposing parties and litigants, historical site investigation and analysis, all while leveraging this information to enhance his client’s litigation posture.
